A whole lot about Little ol' You!

All about you:

You LOVE the bath. You would live in there if I'd let you. Whenever I need a break, the bath is the first place we go.

Since daddy works nights now, he sleeps late in the morning, you love to peek at him and wave to him sleeping. If I take my eyes off you for a second, you race in to wake him up by yelling DADA! and trying to climb up on the bed with him. But you are still mommy's girl.
You love to ride around in your pack while I do things around the house. You spend a lot of time in your wrap and/or your backpack. It keeps us both happy. You love swinging-we even bought you one for the back yard. You have learned to "brush my hair" with your little brush while I'm changing your diaper-its so cute! When I say "lizard" you stick out your tongue and wiggle it all around. You think its hilarious! *Anytime I get out the video camera, you stop doing all of your tricks.*
You love to eat!

Especially chicken, salmon, cauliflower, bread, and ANY fruit, but lately you are refusing to eat simply because you can. You like exercising your right to make choices. It is like a circus act trying to get you to eat-Zach sings and dances in the most obnoxious way he can think of, Bella jumps around, and if Daddy is home he pops out from behind the furniture. This is all going on at the same time. For real. All the while, I try to shove a spoonful of food in your mouth as fast as I can anytime you laugh.  It makes me batty.
Waving at people is one of your favorite things to do; you are so friendly! You will let anyone hold you.  You can say: Dada, Mama, Zach, hi!,uh-oh!, diaper, baby, Bella, water (sounds like gla-gla), Jonah (Gigi's cat), milk (meh) and all done. *disclaimer: you can say all of these words but you don't. you won't. ever. You just say varying forms of dada for everything.
You adore animals, and can even make lots of their sounds! You can bark like a dog, growl like a lion, trumpet like an elephant, and ooh-ohh-ah-ah like a monkey! (*dog and monkey are both pretty much the same squeaking sound, but it's adorable and you are brilliant.) You sign "more", "eat", "please", and "milk" (all the time! and say "MEH!").
You love looking at books, especially your big book of animals.

Brother and sister are two of your most favorite people.

You really love dancing while Brother plays guitar, and playing chase with Roo. You love playing peek-a-boo with you favorite monkey blanket. You always have your blanket with you! You call it your "meh-meh". When we give it to you, you snuggle up with it so sweetly, like you're hugging a long lost friend.

You love looking at pictures of your family. You point at anything and everything you want, but you especially love pointing to the front door-that means you want to go outside for a stroller (you ADORE your stroller!!) or wagon ride. You would never, ever come inside if I didn't make you.

Up until very recently, you didn't want to play in the grass, but you have discovered how fun it is to crawl in and don't mind it so much now.

It doesn't taste so good though!

You love wearing sunglasses!
You love the vacuum now! You just laugh and laugh when I get it out.
You are an insane climber!! You try to climb on EVERYTHING, which gives me a heart attack pretty much every day, but I do my best to put my fears aside and just be near in case you slip. If I could make you wear a helmet all the time I'd feel much better.

You don't say bye-bye, but instead blow kisses. Complete with "muah!" at the end. I love pretending to leave just to see you do this. You love to be scared. People jumping out from behind things and yelling BOO! is the funniest thing to you! You smile so very much! You really are such a happy baby. But we do see this face quite a bit too:

Lastly, and one of my most favorite things your are doing right now is making this face:

a lot.
It can mean surprise or shock, but most of the time you just randomly bust it out because you have figured out that it make us laugh. You like to make everybody laugh. Just like your big sister.

LOVE the baby booty pics! She is precious in all of them, but the one with Bella in the bed is so cute! Anderson stopped eating around 1...and still hasn't resumed the habit. Good luck!
